Shipping policy

Free shipping promotions:  Free shipping promotions only apply to select products.  

Products are currently only available for purchase in the United States.

All physical products are made to order and so are printed after an order is placed.

Processing and Production Time + Handling Time + Transit Time = Delivery Time

Standard delivery time for orders is 3-5 business days.  This is subject to change depending on the volume of incoming orders at any given time.  

Physical Books:  Books are print to order and so books are printed after an order is placed.  Normal production time takes 3-5 business days.  Higher quantity orders may take an extra day.  Production times can increase during peak seasons like the holidays, potentially reaching 7-10 business days or more.  Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.  Standard shipping might take 3-4 business days.  

We are not responsible for packages lost by the mail carrier.  If the tracking information shows the package was delivered to the correct address, but the customer claims the package was not delivered, the issue is with the shipping provider.

The shipping charge and transit time will be calculated at checkout.
