Refund policy

Books:  Physical book products are made to order or POD (Print On Demand).  If you receive a defective book,  the issue has to be reported within 30 days of the shipment date.  A replacement copy will be issued at the sole discretion of the printing vendor upon photographic evidence of the said damage. 

Digital Products: Downloaded eBooks or any digital products are final sale.

Physical Products:  Physical products are made to order or POD (Print On Demand).  There may be printed color variances of design due to fabric or fabric color or other printable material.  Incorrect size or color choices are non-refundable.  A defective product needs to be reported within 30 days of delivery.  Upon clear photos or videos of the defected item, the vendor offers a free reprint for production issues like damages or manufacturing errors.
